July 20th is a day that will definitely become one of the most important days in the development of Shenzhen Ruiting Smart Card
Co., Ltd. It is the day whenRuiting welcomed a distinguished customer from U.K. to whom it has been supplying large quantities
of chip cards for several years. We have been expectingthe customer’s visit to our factory and are eager to show him how well we
manage to control the card quality. Of course the customer has another purpose tocome to Ruiting i.e. he brought with him a
contract of 50 million magstripe cards annually from U.K. and he wanted to see for himself before he signs the
contract with Ruiting.
In the morning of July 20th , Mrs. Stella, Managing Director of Ruiting Smart Card Co.,Ltd, picked up the customer from HongKong
airport, on his arrival at theCompany, the customer was warmly welcomed by all the staffs from the Marketing and Sales
Departments.
The customer brought us many sample cards with various of different printing technology and hot stamping technology,
we discussed together about these sample cards before accompanying him to visit different departments of Ruiting.

The customer first came to the offset printing workshop where he carefully observed the printing process and asked the offset printing
machine operators some important questions regarding CMYK and Pantone printing, he emphasized that printing quality is the lifeline
for the cards and for winning customers satisfaction. The machine operators agreed fully with the customer, saying that regarding
printing quality control Ruiting is one of the most strict in China, which is because Ruiting has been undertaking the top quality path
and has been serving solely the foreign market for over 8 years, and in this aspect, Ruiting knows better.
In both the offset printing room and the silkscreen printing room, the customer paidmuch attention to the Pantone printing because a
large number of orders from abroad have pantone colors. In the end the customer was quite satisfied with our printing skills.

Then the customer visited the lamination workshop, checked the laminators, the magstripe application machine, the card punching
machine, he thought highly of our advanced production equipment and clean working environment.
The customer then came to the chip and antenna embedding workshop where he carefully observed each production procedure
because chip cards are the main business for him and in this aspect Ruiting has been supplying the chip cards for his Company
for several years. After finishing visiting the chip and antenna embedding workshop the customer was very satisfied with our strict
quality checking and control procedure.

With confidence gained during the visit and the knowledge of Ruiting’s eight years’ of experience in serving foreign customers
with western quality and Chinese prices in mind, the customer immediately signed the contract for the annual 50 million magstripe
cards to U.K. with Ruiting. Then thecustomer talked with Mrs.Stella about the production and the shipment schedule for this large
quantity and as well our long-term relationship for the card business.
This visit not only further encouraged staffs of Ruiting to continue to take the high quality path but also give customers confidence in us,
which will surely win Ruiting many customer from all over the world in the future.
